Medical Clinic Operations Manager

Position Overview

The Clinic Administrator leads daily operational activities and staff management to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. Serving as the primary liaison between clinical staff and the Medical Director, this role requires exceptional leadership, strong customer service standards, and direct experience in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and manage clinical and administrative personnel.
• Serve as the main communication bridge between staff and the Medical Director on clinical processes, policies, and physician workflows.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and customer-service-driven environment.
• Oversee medical billing, coding, and administrative documentation.
• Handle scheduling and administrative coverage, including periodic weekend oversight to monitor operational standards.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience working in a clinic, primary care, or orthopedic setting required.
• Proven management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Background in medical billing and coding preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Work Schedule & Employment Type

• Primarily Monday through Friday, with flexibility to cover 4–5 hours on one weekend day per month to maintain operational oversight (weekday hours will flex accordingly).

Experience:
