Counselor Supervisor – Make a Difference Every Day! Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for helping individuals overcome substance use challenges? JoinBAART Programs, part of BayMark Health Services, where you can lead, mentor, and impact lives in a supportive outpatient clinic setting. Your Role: Lead and mentor counselors to ensure high-quality patient care Oversee intake operations and patient screenings Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations Monitor treatment plans and facilitate performance improvements Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment What You Bring: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Prior supervisory experience Experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges A non-judgmental, compassionate, and patient-focused approach Salary Range: Salary ranges from $56,00.00 - $65,000.00 annualized. The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
