Hospice Nurse

Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Contract Weeks: 12

Strong clinical skills

Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities

Provide compassionate care to patients and their families in hospice settings.

Guide patients in identifying personal goals of care and educate caregivers.

Lead an interdisciplinary team in the care of assigned patients.

Ensure effective symptom management across a range of diseases.

Deliver care in various settings, including private homes and care facilities.

Occasional back-up for weekends and on-call responsibilities may be required.
