Hospice Registered Nurse

In addition to your strong clinical skills, you will play a key role as an educator, helping patients identify their personal goals of care while instilling confidence in family caregivers. As a generalist in all diseases and a specialist in symptom management, you will be expected to demonstrate excellence in assessment and critical thinking. Your responsibilities will include leading an interdisciplinary team, managing a assigned caseload of patients, and providing care in various settings, including private homes, nursing homes, group homes, or assisted living facilities.

Schedule

This position follows a weekday schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional back-up for weekends and on-call duties.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience in hospice care is preferred but not required
