IT-Sr Capability Manager(acumen) - Remote

Sr Capability Manager Work location: Telecommute Work hours: Depending on timezone Will be working on the build of a system to support home and community users to work with members in care management programs Team size: Team of 20, all capability managers driving requirements, project management and go lives with our tech partners Team skill sets: All are capability managers sitting on the business side Ideal candidate background: Healthcare background, clinical is a plus, software launches and writing requirements Job Description Key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing all operational business requirements, including technology needs, to ensure optimal operational design. Aligns business and/or product strategy, effective design and development, and ongoing management of the portfolio across the full lifecycle to ensure business-specific or cross-enterprise impact. Positions in this function are accountable for delivering sustainable, financially sound solutions that solve a specific problem and enable successful external product delivery and/or internal business function performance, while driving adoption with internal business clients and define future capability direction that supports business strategy and new opportunities. Positions in this function play a critical role in ability to deliver products to market and/or manage internal business functions. Represent and cascade the vision and current scope definition to working teams. Support the prioritization of capabilities based on vision and scope. Lead generation of product design and experience requirements for capabilities. Required: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience with healthcare, managed care and/or health insurance data analysis, business operations, or application development Cross-functional leadership and the ability to take initiative Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to analyze, monitor, and create solutions using data. Excellent prioritization, organization, communication, and time management skills Experience and ability to influence and drive performance both in a direct and matrixed environment Proficient EQ expertise with the ability to facilitate a cross functional team through process discussion and impact analysis Able to set priorities and demonstrate sound judgment in handling complex situations. Experience in developing program artifacts, including use cases, project plans, executive summaries, staffing analysis, financial assessments, etc. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex data to executive teams, including leaders at the C-Suite level. Preferred Experience writing detailed requirements without ambiguity Experience conducting research on business and user needs Self-motivated with a mindset of continuous learning Understanding of development methodologies Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills Experience within Enterprise Clinical Services Experience with process design Strong financial acumen.
