The Opportunity As part of the Cyber Defense and Engineering team, you will lead large-scale engagements focused on operational technology network engineering, segmentation, and security transformation. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guiding them through complex challenges while driving innovative solutions that enhance security and operational excellence. Responsibilities - Lead large-scale projects in operational technology network engineering - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, navigating complex security challenges - Drive innovative solutions that enhance security measures and operational effectiveness - Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders - Guide exceptional teams to deliver impactful results - Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team - Analyze and address security transformation needs for clients - Maintain adherence to industry standards and guidelines in cybersecurity What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Operations Engineering - At least 10 years of experience in OT/ICS environments What Sets You Apart - Master's Degree in Cybersecurity - SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC ICS Defender, GCIP - CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ - ISA/IEC 62443 certifications - Cisco CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE - Proven experience leading large-scale network transformation or segmentation programs - Leading large-scale OT security engagements - Managing complex network segmentation and security transformations - Building long-term client relationships - Driving standardization of OT network design patterns Travel Requirements Up to 40% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
