Sales Representative

Pay: Commission pay plan based off performance. Earning potential of $65,000-$130,000+ annually.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings. Department Hours: Monday-Saturday 8:30 am to 7 pm and 10:30 to 6 pm on Sunday.

This position is onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

As an Auto Sales Representative you will consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. We will train you on the products we offer and their benefit to our customer.

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure all customer follow up is completed and maintain friendly relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Stay informed about new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You'll Bring

• We prefer a candidate with car sales experience, but we may consider one with relative experience.

Total Rewards

The annual earning potential for this role is $65,000-$130,000 which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
