About the Role:
Groth Family Insurance Allstate is seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Pasco, WA! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and growing a successful career in sales.

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish and are passionate about serving our diverse community. Previous insurance experience is not required. We will provide training, support, and pay for the licensing process for the right candidate.

Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will work with prospective and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions that fit their goals. Through comprehensive training and mentorship, you'll learn the insurance industry while developing valuable sales and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain accurate client records and agency documentation
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coached
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving results
• Comfortable building relationships and initiating conversations with prospective clients
• Organized with strong time-management skills
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or relationship-building experience is a plus but not required
• Insurance license is not required prior to hire; candidates must be willing to obtain licensing after hire with agency support
