The Cooks/Line Cooks will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking meals in a busy casual dining restaurant. They will ensure food quality and safety while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to menu specifications
- Perform line cooking duties efficiently during service hours
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of cooking experience
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety practices
- Experience with inventory management
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
