Class A CDL Truck Drivers Run Dedicated Home Weekly Earning $113K+/Yr (Full Time) Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for the guarantee of a salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year. These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailer is hook-and-go). A driver’s average pay is $2,190 per week with deliveries running the Northeast. Full benefits after 60 days, and the driver will have 3–5 days of training on the account. Drivers will be home weekly (NOT GUARANTEED WEEKENDS) and drivers may take trucks home but must have a secure place to park. You can also bring a rider and a pet with you after you have completed training. Drug Test Policy Urine drug test only. Can never have failed or refused any type of drug test even if you have completed SAP. Job Pay and Summary Drivers will pick up loads at DC just outside of Rome, NY. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go. Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers average about 900–1,200 miles per week and complete three loads. Drivers will make between 2–4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver putting boxes that weigh between 1–35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck. When the driver takes their 34-hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When their week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load. Orientation will take place in Dayton, is generally about 2 days. Company pays for transportation, hotel and meals and you are paid $85 per day for orientation. Training is generally 3–5 days. You will either double bunk with the trainer or get your truck first and follow the trainer. Neither option can be guaranteed so you must be willing to go with either option. Training is paid at the daily rate. After training you may bring rider and a dog with you while you run. Full benefits will start after 60 days and will include services listed below. Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional, or OTR. CDL must be in the state of current residence when you apply. May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years. May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years except for none with a major traffic violation, preventable rear‑end collisions, or rollovers. Can not have been terminated from most recent job for any reason. You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+ points Reckless driving Following too closely Texting or using handheld device THIS IS ONLY FOR PERSONAL VEHICLE.
