Front Office Host Flex Hours

Summary The Front Office associate at the Grand Hyatt Denver is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role provides an opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. The associate is the face of Hyatt and interacts daily with guests. Experience as a front desk clerk or interest in hotel clerk jobs is preferred. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
