Receptionist

Receptionist At Hartfiel, first impressions matter. As our Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice that sets the tone for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office. You'll manage a multi-line phone system, keep our front office running smoothly, and play a meaningful role in creating a positive experience for guests, visitors, and colleagues alike. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of our Wheat Ridge, CO office. This role is also somewhat flexible in scope. Because call volume is steady rather than overwhelming, there's real opportunity for the right person to shape this position around their strengths and interests, whether that's taking on additional projects, supporting other teams, or growing into new responsibilities over time. High School diploma or equivalent and/or one to three years of experience with a multi-line phone system. Education and/or experience requirements may be waived at management discretion. What You'll Do Be the welcoming first point of contact for Hartfiel visitors, connecting them with the right people. Answer and route incoming calls with a helpful, professional manner. Retrieve after-hours voicemails, emails, and faxes and make sure they reach the right hands. Open and distribute incoming mail. Keep company information current (address lists, extension directories, etc). Order, receive, and manage office supplies so the team always has what they need. Support the office with light clerical tasks (occasional lifting under 20 lbs). Uphold Hartfiel's quality processes and bring our mission, values, and vision to life every day.
