Job Responsibilities:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will assist local seniors with daily living activities so they can age safely and comfortably at home:

• Personal Care Assistance: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Companionship: Engage clients in friendly conversation, cognitive activities, and emotional support.

• Homemaking: Prepare healthy meals, manage light housekeeping, and keep living spaces tidy.

• Daily Wellness: Provide medication reminders and safe mobility/transfer support.

• Transportation (Optional): Drive clients to doctor appointments, grocery runs, and local errands (if driver-approved).

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:

• State Registration (MANDATORY): Must hold an active California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration / PER ID prior to interview.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience required (professional agency care, facility work, CNA/HHA experience, or dedicated care for a family member).

• Attributes: Compassionate, reliable, patient, and punctual.

• Basic Requirements: 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Backgrounds in CNA work, HHA, home care, retail, hospitality, or customer service excel in this role.
