We are looking for a Primary Therapist who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and provide individualized treatment through structured and holistic healing. 

This role supports clients' foundational well-being and helps them build the skills needed to overcome challenges, heal, and grow to sustain long-term sobriety.

 

The Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities. They will manage a patient caseload and provide group, individual, and family therapy. 

The Therapist will conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments and maintains primary responsibility for communication with the family, referral source, and other service providers as needed.

Hendersonville, TN; On-Site/In-person Role 

Job Type:

Full-time

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday - 8:30 to 4:30pm CST

 

Annual Salary Range:

●      $60,000-75,000

 

CORE FUNCTIONS:

1. Group Facilitation

2. Individual Counseling

3. Crisis Intervention

4. Documentation

5. Treatment Planning

6. Case Management

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field required.

• A minimum of 1 year of mental health counseling experience is required.

• Candidates pending TN Clinical licensure are encouraged to apply

• Clinical Licensure preferred, not required:

  • Mental Health 

    • Tennessee - LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT

  • SUD

    • Tennessee - LADAC I, LADAC II, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT

• CPR Certified preferred
