ResponsibilitiesEngage with local residents to understand their unique protection needs and long-term goals.
Provide clear explanations of various insurance products to help clients make informed decisions for their families and businesses.
Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest solutions that offer better peace of mind.
Maintain an accurate database of client interactions and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
Participate in local community events to build awareness and foster genuine connections.
Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure every policy is processed accurately and promptly.
RequirementsActive Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Proven track record of managing and growing a sales portfolio.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Deep understanding of insurance coverage types and risk assessment.
Comfort working in an office environment in Hermitage.
Experience with agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
