About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sales Operations to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of its sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the sales operating strategy, building scalable processes, and driving operational excellence to improve sales performance and revenue growth. This role requires a leader with a strong background in sales operations, sales enablement, and revenue operations, who can lead the Client Business Development, Sales Associate, and Marketing teams. The VP will also be instrumental in aligning marketing and sales strategies, enhancing client acquisition, and ensuring a seamless client journey. Success in this position will be measured by improvements in sales productivity, client acquisition, and the effectiveness of training and enablement programs. Applicants for the Vice President, Sales Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or sales leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling sales operations. The role demands a leader with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, sales analytics, and CRM optimization, preferably with experience in Salesforce or HubSpot. Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to drive alignment across functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate, lending, financial services, or a complex B2B sales environment, and a background in supporting distributed sales organizations. Experience in leading marketing or client acquisition functions in partnership with sales and in implementing sales methodologies and enablement technologies is also preferred.
