Key Details Early career position Full‑time In‑person, Austin, TX Mission: support core accounting and reporting activities while developing technical skills, professional judgement, and ownership early in the career Tech stack: Excel What You’ll Actually Do Prepare and support recurring accounting and reporting deliverables with a high level of accuracy. Assist with reconciliations, schedules, and documentation related to ongoing projects. Maintain organized and up‑to‑date records within internal systems. Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries and follow up as needed. Follow established processes while learning best practices and contributing to efficiency improvements. Must‑Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a demonstrated understanding of general ledger activity and basic accounting principles. Experience: 1–2 years of accounting experience, which may include internships, part‑time roles, or accounting‑related work completed during college.
