Accounting Specialist

Primary Function We are searching for a professional Accounting Specialist to join our team! The primary function of the Accounting Specialist is to utilize organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively support technician purchases in the field, complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. Primary Duties Assists with data entry, documents scans and archives Analyzes, reviews and reconciles monthly vendor statements Communicates with vendors to discuss vendor accounts Manages invoice inquiries as they are received from vendors and AP Maintains up to date and accurate records Ensures relevant paperwork, forms and notes are submitted Qualifications High school degree required 3+ years of prior Accounts Payable experience strongly preferred Attention to detail and proven ability to spot errors and inconsistencies Strong system skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, reporting software and database skills Exhibits a high level of integrity Must be able to demonstrate professional communication with customers and internal departments Experience with ServiceTrade, SAGE 300 and or Timberscan is a plus Kilgore Industries, LP offers competitive compensation packages, weekly direct deposited paychecks, paid company holidays, 401K plan, as well as health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/ AD&D, STD, LTD and supplemental life insurances. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kilgore Industries, LP
