QA Inspector – FQA (Swing Shift)The Final Quality Assurance (FQA) Inspector performs final and other types of quality inspection to ensure adherence of the finished product to compliance requirements and procedures.Primary Job Responsibilities:1. Perform inspections:Perform a cosmetic and full inspection, and as well as a functional test for all product lines including PCBA and box buildsEnsure finished product compliance with applicable requirements and ESD practices, proper material handling, and NCR practices/systemsInspects nonconforming solder join defects on PTH and SMT componentPerform online Go-Not-Go inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet Customer specification and applicable standards.2. Monitor and operate critical equipment and instrumentation:Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of material (BOMs), MPI, ECN, Deviation, and other manufacturing documentation related to inspection in approving or rejecting final assemblies record daily test resultsPerform data entry and scanning to support daily production schedules and transactions3. Provide team support:Demonstrate work methods to new hiresEscalates process problems with Peer, Leads, Supervisor and Engineers.Share best practices, assist in minor troubleshootingActively participate in cross-trainingOther duties and responsibilities related to Quality Assurance as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Minimum High School Diploma.Minimum 2 years of working experience in First Article, In-Process, FQA, or Receiving Inspection in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.IPC-610A or J-STD-001 certification preferred
