Assist with implementing classroom activities and learning experiences using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum. Build meaningful relationships with children and support their social, emotional, and developmental growth. Help maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety. Support children's daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, transitions, and play-based learning. Communicate positively and professionally with children, families, and team members. Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to provide the best possible experience for every child. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. We're Looking For Someone Who Loves working with young children. Is dependable, positive, and a team player. Communicates professionally with families and coworkers. Enjoys creating fun, engaging learning experiences. Is eager to continue learning and growing professionally. Qualifications High school diploma required. Experience with children preferred but not required Willingness to learn and grow in early childhood education Must meet Pennsylvania state licensing requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required for child care duties.
