AI-Native Founding GTM Lead

You'll be Leegle's first commercial hire, owning go-to-market strategy and building our sales organization from the ground up. As a founding GTM Lead, you'll shape pricing, demand generation, and the full sales funnel for our AI-native regulatory compliance platform serving manufacturers and retailers across Europe. This is a high-impact role where your early decisions will define how the market knows us.

What You'll Do

• Shape and own go-to-market and pricing strategy, building the sales organization from scratch.
• Generate top-of-funnel demand through events, content marketing, and webinars.
• Own the full sales funnel end-to-end, from intro calls and lead qualification through deal closure.
• Partner with product and engineering to hand over customer engagements and feed market insights into the roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an early-stage startup at the post-Seed, pre-Series A stage.
• Track record scaling a sales organization from 1 to 10 people.
• AI-native way of working—you use AI tools daily to multiply your output.
• Versatile business toolkit including Excel, PowerPoint, sales decks, and white papers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Background in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, or RegTech is a plus.
• Marketing and creative skills (e.g., video production) are a bonus.

Location

On-site in Munich, 4 days per week. Strong in-person culture.
