Your main goal will be to lead and grow our EMEA Customer Success team, helping n8n's most strategic enterprise customers drive adoption, retention, and expansion while scaling the team and operating model for our next stage of growth.

You'll start with a team of 4 CSMs, which will grow in line with our 2027 hiring plans. To make that happen, you'll combine hands-on customer leadership, deliberate people development, and strong operational execution: LEAD OUR MOST STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS IN EMEA - Partner with CSMs to navigate complex customer challenges and develop strategies for the region's largest and highest-risk enterprise accounts. - Build trusted executive relationships with key customers and step directly into customer conversations when additional leadership is needed. - Stay hands-on with strategic accounts while the team scales, including personally owning customer relationships where needed. BUILD AND DEVELOP A HIGH-PERFORMING EMEA TEAM - Hire and onboard the additional CSMs needed as the EMEA team grows, building on the strong team already in place. - Coach and develop your team through structured 1:1s, clear development plans, and deliberate skill-building. - Create a high-accountability, supportive environment where people receive clear feedback and can continuously raise the bar. - Lead a distributed team across multiple countries and time zones. DRIVE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE - Run a consistent operating cadence across forecasting, account health, and structured risk reviews. - Build repeatable Customer Success motions across onboarding, QBRs, adoption, retention, and expansion. - Use customer and team insights to identify risks early, raise issues proactively, and continuously improve how the team operates. SHAPE THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERS - Partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, TAMs, Renewals, and GTM leaders to deliver a strong end-to-end customer experience. - Collaborate with Customer Success leaders across the US, DACH, and Scaled CS to evolve shared playbooks and ways of working. - Contribute to global CS initiatives and help build scalable methodologies as n8n's Customer Success organization continues to grow. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES - People leadership: You have 2–3+ years of people management experience, with a strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining Customer Success talent. - 7-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Account Management, or other customer-facing roles, including supporting large, complex, high-risk enterprise customers.
