Responsible for following compliance procedures and ensuring that Wealth Management compliance activities are completed accurately and on a timely basis.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Complete Monthly House Account ReconciliationRun monthly new account reports and compile the New Account Review MemoRun monthly closed account reports and compile closed account review tracking reportRun monthly account reports and complete a compliance review for a select number of accountsCompile Trust Compliance Committee reports.Creating the New account and Closed account reports as well as the Admin and Investment Review reports (completed review, review exceptions, and overdue reports for the committee.Fidelity IWS Scorecard and NIGO reportCompile the Fee Committee Reports monthlyMonitor Alerts for NIGOs, Rejects and Awaiting Client ReviewMaintain the account reviews for Admin and Investment modulesThis includes Maintaining group account reviewsRunning and maintaining Admin/Investment ReviewsComplete the Reg R report and put together the Reg R memoComplete the quarterly 13f and RCT reportsComplete the monthly Wealth Management SnapshotMonitor and Calculate RMDPull new RMD report in FebruaryMonitor status of RMD paymentsTrack RMD exceptionsCalculate RMD for Inherited IRAsSend Annual ADV noticesCollect ADV notices for each Separate Account ManagerSend notices to clients through GrooveServe as a backup for New and Closed AccountsServe as a backup for Fee ProcessingPerform other duties as required Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of investment and compliance regulations.Must have excellent communication skills in order to coach, mentor, and train all members of the Wealth Management team on compliance tasks.Ability and willingness to independently solve complicated compliance issuesProven ability to identify and improve efficiency of processes and procedures.
