Wage $27.00 per hour Overview The Fleet Services Certified Automotive Technician is the top of our maintenance team with a focus on diagnostic and repair. This role will keep all equipment in running condition through our effective preventative maintenance program, and will handle complex repairs such as engine and transmission overhauls. This position is a master technician and assumes a leadership role with product knowledge and a standard of quality. Educational Background High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Trade School Preferred ASE Certified Required Professional Experience At minimum three (3) years of vehicle maintenance experience Knowledge Must be able to perform vehicle repairs without oversight Experience working independently and as part of a team Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools Additional Notes Must have tools to perform necessary repairs Must have a Valid Driver’s License About Us The Hertz Corporation operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental brands in approximately 9,700 corporate and franchisee locations throughout North America, Europe, The Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
