Kelly Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to support an upcoming academic testing event in Sacramento, CA . This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in an organized environment and helping ensure a smooth testing experience.

Available PositionsProctor

• Pay Rate: $23.56/hour
• Openings: 8
• Event Date: Saturday, September 19
• Shift Start: 6:45 AM
• Expected End Time: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (may vary based on testing accommodations)

Room Supervisor

• Pay Rate: $29.76/hour
• Openings: 1
• Event Dates: September 19-20
• Shift Start: 6:45 AM
• Expected End Time: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (may vary based on testing accommodations)

Job Responsibilities

• Help ensure the testing event runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor testing rooms and maintain a secure testing environment.
• Watch for the use of phones, unauthorized materials, or any other forms of cheating.
• Follow ACT testing procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with test-day operations and provide support to students and staff.

Additional Responsibilities for Room Supervisor

• Serve as the lead representative in an assigned testing room.
• Help initiate and oversee testing procedures.
• Bring a laptop to assist with test startup and event administration.
• Act as the primary point of contact within the assigned room.

Training

• Training is required for all new staff members.
• Training is typically conducted during the week prior to the event (generally the Wednesday before the test date).
• Applicants must be available to attend training prior to the assignment.

Additional Information

• Students arrive at approximately 7:30 AM.
• Comfortable business-casual attire is recommended.
• Parking expenses will be reimbursed.
• A formal lunch will not be provided.
• Meal penalty compensation will be provided in accordance with client requirements.

• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable enforcing testing rules and procedures.
• Ability to remain focused for the duration of the testing event.
