Assistant Service Manager

Responsibilities Assist the Service Manager in developing strategies to improve sales and handling customer complaints. Assist with managing Service Technicians. Ensure excellent customer service at all times. Develop and lead effective weekly training sessions. Evaluate field performance and deliver feedback in a 1:1 setting. Create and implement effective development and disciplinary plans. Learn all aspects of the Service Manager’s day‑to‑day responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED. Knowledge of terminology, methods, and best practices used in foundation repair. Proven experience in service and/or customer service. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills. Qualifications Successfully proven KPIs as a Certified Field Inspector or Service Technician. Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Strong management and leadership skills. Working Conditions Work primarily in an office setting with occasional travel to work sites or construction branch locations to visit customers and employees and ensure quality of sales. May be exposed to loud noise, fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, inclement weather, heat, humidity, dust, and asphalt.
