Nutrition Services Assistant Manager

Littleton Public Schools (LPS) invites qualified candidates to join our Nutrition department as a Nutrition Services Assistant Manager. This position supports the health and well‑being of all students by ensuring nutritious meals and fostering community engagement. What You’ll Be Doing Serve nutritious breakfast and lunch meals to students daily in a safe and welcoming environment. Assist the manager in planning, preparing, and managing meals for the school community. Operate the foodservice register and interact positively with students. Maintain a clean, food‑safe workplace and follow all health‑and‑sanitation protocols. Promote good community relations with students, parents, staff, and local partners. Dependable team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Prior food service experience preferred; not required. Schedule & Compensation Work the school year (179 days) with regular weekday hours; no nights, weekends, or holidays. Starting salary  $21.17–$22.60 per hour (Grade 5).
