Medical Front Desk Lead | Patient Care & Operations

Genie Healthcare in Elgin, IL is seeking a Medical Receptionist who will own the front desk and lead a patient‑focused front office in a busy podiatry practice. You’ll manage check‑ins/outs, answer phones, explain insurance questions, and operate Mod Med EMR to schedule and document care, while collaborating with physicians, MAs, billing, and management.
