Job Description: Customer Experience Associate This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the Paducah, KY office 2-3 days a week once training is completed. Typical shift will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:45 AM-5:00 PM, Thursday 6:45 AM-4:00 PM. You must be willing to work a Saturday shift on rotation every 8 weeks 6:45 AM -1:00 PM Do you have strong customer service skills with the confidence to be the first point of contact for customers, employees and visitors to the corporate headquarters? JOBSUMMARY Join an 8-person team where, you will rotate to support the team and reception area. In this role you will operate a telephone switchboard to answer, screen, route calls and relays messages. Perform administrative support tasks such as data entry and keying support cases. Greet and answer inquiries for public, customers, and visitors; announce and log visitors. Process outgoing mail and receive deliveries. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Provides excellent customer service in person, on the phone and via email. Routes calls and enters detailed support requests to the proper department. Greets and directs visitors. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs. JOBREQUIREMENTS Education&Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent Skills and Competencies Customer service experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks (phone, CRM, Database, Email, etc.) Willingness to learn. MS Office suites, very comfortable using Excel. Analytical mindset.
