Product and Customer Support Coordinator

Astrorep Inc., a leading electronics manufacturers’ representative firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product & Customer Support Coordinator to support our customers, manufacturers, and internal sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer interaction, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. While not a direct sales role, this position plays a key part in supporting business growth and customer success. Responsibilities Prepare customer quotations using manufacturer and internal systems Process and coordinate product sample requests Track project opportunities and maintain CRM records Generate reports and support data analysis Communicate with customers, distributors, and manufacturers Support product lines and manufacturer relationships Follow up on customer inquiries and project updates Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word; Teams a plus) CRM experience preferred (Salesforce or similar) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities Customer service, operations, or electronics industry experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunities within a supportive team Exposure to leading electronics manufacturers #J-18808-Ljbffr Astrorep Inc - Envision Design Tech
