What You'll Do

  Make outbound calls and answer inbound inquiries, providing friendly, professional assistance.

  Clearly explain financing terms and help clients set up payment methods.

  Reach out to clients regarding late payments and work with them to find solutions.

  Keep detailed records of interactions and updates in our system.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
  
  Experience:
  
  
  1+ year in a call center or office environment.
  
  



• 
  
  
  Dependability:
  
  
  Strong work ethic and proven longevity in previous roles.

  Communication:
  
  
  Excellent verbal and written skills with attention to detail.

  Education:
  
  
  High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.

  Tech-savvy:
