By employing talented team members who bring their experience, knowledge, and commitment to National Convenience Distributors, we can transform and grow not only our business’ but even more importantly, yours.Description:This position will help with the oversight of day-to-day outbound operations for 2nd Shift, Sunday through Thursday, in our warehouse/distribution center, while enforcing all safety policies & practices, ensuring training and development of new and existing employees, and providing a safe and productive work environment.Responsibilities & Duties:Follow and promote all safety initiativesEnsure all work is performed according to J Polep procedures and standards for dock operationsMentor, coach and train/ cross-train employees; provide consistent feedback concerning strengths and areas in need of improvementDirectly supervise all activities of dockworkers and support personnel engaged in loading trucks and trailersCoordinate work assignments, monitor performance, and provide training on relevant job dutiesAssist in the loading and unloading of trailersMust be able to lift and/or move up to sixty (60) poundsOther duties as assignedBenefitsDental Benefits, Medical Benefits, Paid Vacations.401KLife Insurance, short term disability, long term disabilityOur 6 major paid Holidays are, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas, after completing your 90 days.We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
