Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, establishing personalized treatment plans based on physician directives, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster patient recovery.

• Document detailed patient care records, including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and insurance requirements.

• Provide hands-on treatment that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities designed to enhance patient function and reduce pain.

• Monitor and modify treatment protocols based on patient progress and provide consistent updates to physicians and other healthcare team members to reinforce a multidisciplinary approach.

• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, ensuring quality care delivery while mentoring less experienced professionals in best practices.

• Engage with patients and their families to motivate and educate them on the recovery process, empowering them with the tools necessary to take an active role in their rehabilitation.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
