Director of BPO Accounting/ Global R2R leader

We are working with the Controller of a Global Manufacturing organization based in the New York Metro Area. They are looking for a dynamic Global R2R leader to join their organization and lead the BPO Accounting operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain a structured engagement model that aligns Record-to-Report (R2R) services with evolving business objectives.
• Oversee the outsourced service provider supporting the R2R function
• Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators and service level targets
• Lead a robust issue and exception management framework that promotes transparency, risk mitigation, and compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Act as the senior relationship manager for assigned business and finance executives, including the CFO, CAO, Business Unit Presidents, and Finance leadership teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 12+ years of experience including managing BPO/ Outsourced Accounting operations
• Ownership of a global R2R tower
• Strong Technical Accounting foundation

COMPENSATION:

$180,000 - $210,000 + 20-25% Bonus
