Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

The Sr HR Business Partner serves as a trusted and collaborative advisor, providing insights, proactive, practical advice and coaching to Vice Presidents, Regional Operational Leaders , and Site leaders within a regional market and/or function. Serves as the primary HR strategic partner driving business outcomes by strengthening leadership & management capability, leading workforce planning and organizational change, and partnering with site leaders to implement enterprise-wide business and people processes. Ensures that enterprise-wide HR initiatives are in alignment with and in support of People and Business objectives. Serves as a functional HRBP team lead, bridging day-to-day client support between HRBP Leadership and HRBP Generalists – enabling strong execution, consistency, and organizational effectiveness across the region/function. Requirements Knowledge and practical support of workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management processes. Experience leading or supporting organizational changes, such as restructures, mergers, or technology implementations. Proven ability to collaborate with managers to address staffing plans, talent development, and organizational design. Experience with high-level stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders and executives. Translates insights into practical actions. Expertise in managing complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and coaching managers through difficult situations. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; negotiate common approach; to interact with all levels of management and Team Members; to work collaboratively and individually to achieve stated goals. Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
