Their product lines span electronic accessories, beauty, and more, and they’re continuing to scale their creative team with the addition of a Designer who’s passionate about bringing products to life.
About the Role
As a Designer, you’ll play a critical role in the concepting, development, and execution of product and packaging designs for high-velocity retail programs. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands fast-paced retail timelines, has strong instincts for trend and detail, and is ready to grow in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design product and packaging for electronic accessories and beauty items from concept through final production.
- Assist in creating presentation decks, mockups, and line sheets for retail partners.
- Translate trend and market research into fresh, commercially viable designs.
- Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Support senior designers and sales on multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Maintain organized files, product specs, and brand consistency across programs.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of design experience in consumer products—ideally in electronic accessories, personal care, home, or beauty.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience designing for mass-market retail or private label brands a strong plus.
- Strong eye for trend, layout, color, and packaging.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and meet deadlines.
- Passion for the product and pride in delivering great design at scale.
