These are core systems development positions where you will own the design and development of significant software components critical to our industry leading database services architect-ed for the cloud.In this hands on position you will be asked to do everything from building rock-solid components to mentoring other engineers. You need to not only be a top software developer with a good track record of delivering, but also excel in communication, leadership and customer focus. Research implementations that deliver the best possible experiences for customers.About the teamThe AWS Resilience Hub team builds and operates a GenAI-powered service that helps customers continuously assess, test, and improve the resilience of their cloud workloads. We provide automated failure-mode assessments powered by a multi-agent AI architecture that delivers expert-level resilience analysis across Multi-AZ, Multi-Region, EKS, and backup domains. Our team solves complex challenges at the intersection of distributed systems and generative AI to democratize resilience best practices for customers of all sizes.
