What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently every day.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment and components
• Responding quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records using Google Docs and related software
• Monitoring inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with supervisors

What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Google Docs
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely use tools and maintenance equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license preferred
