Marketing Manager

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support business objectives and strengthen the Rexford brand. Write, edit and manage internal communications, newsletters, social media content, presentations, email campaigns and marketing collateral. Manage social media, contributing to content creation and overseeing analytics and strategy implementation. Help manage the execution of high-impact events and experiences that strengthen relationships, elevate the Rexford brand and support key business objectives. Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are consistently met. Serve as a steward of the Rexford brand, ensuring communications, events and initiatives reinforce the company's voice, defining principles and business objectives. Provide communications support, project coordination and creative problem-solving across the organization. Promote a culture of curiosity, learning, continuous improvement and collaboration. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations or a related discipline. Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills. Demonstrated experience with internal communications, social media content, presentations, email campaigns and marketing collateral. Familiarity with AP style. Strong marketing generalist and project management experience across communications, events, social media, digital marketing, partnership marketing and content development. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first approach. Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels and with external partners. Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful, with willingness to take ownership and contribute wherever needed. Commercial real estate experience is a plus.
