Site Manager

Location: Lake Charles, LA Position Type: Full-Time Shift: Nights Pay Range: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and professional Assistant Project Manager (Nights) to support security operations at an industrial facility. This leadership position is responsible for managing the guard force during night shift operations, ensuring compliance with site and company policies, addressing operational challenges, and maintaining effective communication with site leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the security guard force during night shift operations. Effectively identify, address, and resolve operational issues as they arise. Communicate operational issues, concerns, and recommendations to the Project Manager. Report all security-related incidents, issues, and concerns to the Project Manager in a timely manner. Train, mentor, and develop security personnel to ensure compliance with site policies and company procedures. Conduct routine observations and audits to ensure policy and procedural compliance. Foster effective communication and teamwork between both Team Leaders and all security personnel. Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of facility locations, operations, and security requirements. Assist with staffing, scheduling, incident management, and daily operational oversight. Promote a positive work environment focused on safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required 3 years’ experience leading teams in a security, industrial, military, law enforcement, or related environment High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills TWIC Card Preferred Industrial or petrochemical security experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
