Sous Chef Italian Restaurant | Charlotte, NC An established upscale casual Italian restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations, lead the line, and help maintain high food quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready for growth with a respected hospitality group. Sous Chef Benefits & Compensation
