Residential Programs Supervisor - Developmental Disabilities
Better Community Living
Better Community Living in the Greater New Bedford Area is seeking a full-time residential manager to provide direct supervision and training to staff while working with adults who have developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This role includes coordination of operations, staff oversight, and ensuring effective communication with consumers and families. The successful candidate will have experience in residential program management, provide training in various competencies, and oversee all health and safety procedures in compliance with DDS policies.
