HIV Care Family Nurse Practitioner | Community Health Leader

BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to see unscheduled patients and ensure high-quality care. The NP will collaborate with staff to navigate on-site services and provide health education.
