I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a Staff Accountant, which gave me a strong financial background and attention to detail that I bring into the business today. I hold a B.S. in Accounting and am married with three adult children. I value both hard work and maintaining balance, and I strive to create that same environment for my team. Our agency offers a health insurance stipend, 401(k), and unlimited PTO. I believe in trusting my team and providing the flexibility they need to succeed both professionally and personally. Our office culture is high-energy and focused on success. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
