Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Acute Care

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 48.00
- Contract Weeks: 8

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required
- At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
- Recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and nursing processes.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Collect and analyze relevant health data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, seeking to attain optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health issues and treatment plans.
