High Risk Breast Patient Coordinator Responsibilities Review and implement our risk assessment tool for breast imaging patients Entering, maintaining and developing statistical information and reports Handles all specimen collection samples Assists with the tracking and monitoring of BI-RADS 4,5,6 as needed Scheduling of patient procedures and exams Implements and reviews policies and procedures related to the breast navigation program Notify the patient's physician or provider with positive biopsy results as needed Handle delicate situations in a supportive and empathetic manner Attend and participate in various meetings and trainings as required Qualifications Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations. You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues. You have a structured work‑approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word Self‑motivated and proven ability to work both independently or effectively as a team with a variety of healthcare specialists Strong organizational skills and ability to work with a minimal amount of supervision and effectively establish work priorities Effective problem‑solving skills and ability to concentrate in multiple and varied tasks Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.
