Assistant Sales Manager

Indonesia is a strategic growth market forBotsync’sAMR andSyncOSplatform, with a fast-expanding F&B, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and automotive manufacturing base actively investing in warehouse and factory automation. This is an individual contributor, hunter-focused role — owning the territory end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through to closing, with the mandate to build a healthy, diversified pipeline of net-new enterprise accounts. The key responsibilities include: Pipeline generation and deal ownership Own the Indonesia revenue target — independently build, qualify, and close enterprise deals across F&B, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and automotive verticals Proactively hunt andidentifynet-new enterprise accounts with autonomous material handling requirements — a new-business-first mandate, not an account-management role Lead all customer-facing sales activity — frominitialdiscovery through site visits, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving operations, procurement, IT, and finance stakeholders Work with Singapore/India-based solution engineering and pre-sales teams to develop technicallyaccurate, commercially compelling proposals Conduct site surveys, including capturing site photos and documentation Territory & relationship development Build andmaintaina personal network across Indonesia’s F&B, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and automotive sectors RepresentBotsyncat relevant Indonesian trade events and industry forums Identifyand engage local partnerswhereuseful to territory growth, in coordination with the regional partnerships function Forecasting, reporting, and CRM Maintainaccuratepipeline data in HubSpot — deal stages, qualification scores, forecast, and next actions updated weekly Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecasts to the leadership team Use theBotsyncAMR qualification checklist for all new opportunities before proposal investment Essential 8–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial automation, capital equipment, robotics, or related technical solution sales Existing relationships and credibility within Indonesia’s F&B, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and/or automotive sectors A demonstrated huntertrack record— comfortable building pipeline from zero rather than managing inherited accounts Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles independently Strong consultative selling skills — able to translate operational pain points into a compelling technical and commercial case Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English Highly desirable Prior experience selling AMRs, robotics, automation,Cobot,orrelatedindustrial solutions Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or SCADA system integration in manufacturing or warehousing environments Familiarity with CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar) and structured sales qualification frameworks The opportunity to play a key role in scaling Botsync’s commercial presence in India, with significant ownership and autonomy, backed by the India and Singapore leadership teams A differentiated product offering with vendor-agnostic orchestration through SyncOS and internationally certified heavy-payload AMRs (ISO 3691-4, B56.5, RIA 15.08) An established enterprise customer and reference base, giving you the opportunity to build on existing market traction and open doors with CXO-level stakeholders across key industries Competitive base salary plus performance bonus linked to revenue and business growth Genuine career growth opportunity, with the potential for this role to evolve into a larger commercial leadership position as Botsync continues to scale its India business #J-18808-Ljbffr Botsync Pte Ltd
