The Account Executive is the primary liaison between our corporate clients and our operations. The Account Executive is the person executing the clients strategy, and managing the relationship while offering value-added solutions./pulliInteract and communicate daily with clients and various levels of management/liliDevelop new client relationships and strengthen existing relationships/liliContinually grow existing client relationships by offering clients value-added solutions that meet their business needs/liliDevelop problem-solving and process-improvement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability/liliLead client and internal meetings, including Quarterly Business Review and Quarterly Internal Presentations/liliEffectively communicate details of direct marketing (or customer service) programs to sales, operations, IT and other departments tasked with the successful delivery of these programs/liliWork with operations and other departments to outline work plans and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority/liliWork with operations to ensure successful delivery of all programs/campaigns/liliPrepare project reports for management, clients, or others/liliProvide monthly forecasts projections/li/ulh3Job Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors Degree Required/liliExperience managing client relationships/liliExcellent written oral communication and presentation skills/liliExcellent project/program management skills/liliHigh level of proficiency in MS Office Suite/liliAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment/li/ulp******All candidates who apply are asked to send their resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io*******/p/div
