By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Program Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).Lead and manage agile projects simultaneously in a matrixed organizationWork through the entire life cycle (i.e. requirements, design, build, test, release) Manage stakeholder’s interactions and expectationsWork off hours to facilitate implementations and deploymentsManage risk throughout the project life cycleDocument detailed minutes while leading meetingsLiaise between business units, application teams, and infrastructure teamsExcellent interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Daily interaction with customer and SDLC staff. This is done in person, over the phone, and via email. Ability to interpret data from technical personnel, and communicate it to multiple audiences, including technical staff, management, and customers.Experience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously through the entire life cycle (i.e. requirements, design, build, test, release) of various size and scope within planned timelines and quality specificationsExperience with interacting with infrastructure technical teams in disciplines such as Windows Operating Systems, Hosting Infrastructure, Database, among others.Experience with disciplined SDLC frameworks as it relates to agile development.Expertise in the full Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools including Visio, Project and Lync.
