Family Medicine Physician

An established, award-winning patient care facility in Miramar, FL, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team. This role offers a great work-life balance while providing quality care to a geriatric patient population, focusing on quality over quantity. The incoming physician will see 10-15 patients per day, practicing preventive medicine and adhering to the latest medical guidelines.

• Very experienced staff (MA’s have 10 - 15 yrs exp.)
• In-house credentialing team

Responsibilities

• Seeing 10 to 15 patients per day
• Detect and manage chronic diseases
• Develop patient strategy to reduce hospitalization and ER visits
• Collaborate with Case Managers and Specialty Providers
• Educate patients on the value of compliance

Compensation

• $300,000 annual take home
• Sign-on bonus based on candidate

Requirements

• Completed US residency program
• Experience in value based care
• Board Certified in Family Medicine - Required
• Full, unrestricted Florida Medical License
• DEA
• Fluent in English and Spanish - Required
• Comfortable using E clinical works (EMR)
